Dissertation

In the fourth semester, LL.M students at S.V.D. Siddhartha Law College engage in extensive research through a dissertation. This academic work is a critical and in-depth analysis of a legal issue of contemporary relevance in the chosen area of specialization. The dissertation requires extensive reference to judicial decisions, law review articles, academic books, and monographs. All sources must be documented appropriately using footnotes and proper citation formats. This process enhances students' scholarly capabilities and prepares them for further academic or professional pursuits in the legal domain.
